The moment you can enjoy the dishes made from seasonal ingredients while watching the flickering frames of the fireplace located in the center of the restaurant.
Koo’s feast begins in the very early morning, in which we harvest the necessary amount of vegetables for the day’s guests.
It is the ingredients which were carried from all over the country after we visited the producers, researched until we got satisfied, and were intimately taught about them.
And this, will turn into a feast only for the guests who come to the restaurant that day.
We will prepare the dishes according to the seasons with most care and using the ingredients of the day and only then.
