Bread usually contains about 1.8-2.0% of salt, compared to other foods which contain about 0.8-0.9% of salt.
Since bread contains almost double the amount of salt, it becomes the main dish rather than the meal.
People who consider salt reduction have been increasing recently.

Koo’s plain hard bread uses only about 1% of salt.
It is our idea of challenging the difficulty of making the bread with less salt, but still ensuring the quality.
With less salt, it tastes soft and gentle and this makes our bread match with the dishes.
However, Koo’s bread will be in the perfect form only after you enjoy it with ham, cheese, and meals.
